Job summary

Connected Logistics, a DoD-focused IT and cybersecurity provider, seeks an Operational Technology Specialist to optimize OT systems and interface IT/OT equipment for DoD fuel automation and energy operations worldwide. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of OT experience, a DoD security clearance, and IAM Level II certification (e.g., CISSP/CISM).

The role requires evaluating OT networks, improving cybersecurity posture for control systems, and supporting a range of OT platforms across UMCS,

Qualifications

Five years or more of experience with OT systems.
Requires IT-II clearance or NACLC at time of application.
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs and OT network protocols.
Knowledge of DoD RMF requirements and mitigation strategies.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
DoD IAM Level II baseline certification (e.g., CISSP or CISM).

Responsibilities

Evaluate OT systems and interface with IT and OT equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and propose system improvements.
Analyze and improve OT programs and systems to meet industry standards and best practices.
Support a broad range of OT systems including UMCS, ESS, BAS, Fire and Emergency Services, Fuels SCADA, Fuels Dispensing, Tank Gauging, Material Handling, and other DoD OT control systems.
