Job summary

Oceaneering seeks an OT Security & Architecture Manager to lead the cybersecurity program across ICS, OT, marine, offshore, and industrial environments, balancing safety and reliability with security.

You will partner with OT engineering, IT security, compliance, and operations; establish governance, risk management, patching, architecture reviews, and incident readiness, reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, CS, or IS.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 5+ years in OT/ICS.
• CISSP or CISM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise OT cybersecurity program across all business units and environments.
• Develop and execute OT cybersecurity strategy, standards, and maturity improvements.
• Oversee OT vulnerability and patch management balancing operational safety and cyber risk.
• Ensure security controls are incorporated into OT projects from design to deployment.
• Provide executive reporting on OT risks, vulnerabilities, remediation, and security posture.
