Job summary

Claroty is seeking a Solutions Engineer (West) to serve as a strategic technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle, bridging business needs with deep OT/ICS cybersecurity expertise. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to design and deliver tailored solutions that protect complex industrial environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related roles, strong troubleshooting, and knowledge of industrial protocols and the Purdue Model.

Qualifications

5+ years in sales engineering or a similar client-facing technical role.
Expert-level L2–L4 troubleshooting and virtualization skills.
Deep knowledge of industrial protocols and the Purdue Model.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery to uncover customer pain points in OT/ICS environments.
Architect bespoke Claroty solutions that integrate with existing IT/security stacks (SIEM, Firewalls, Asset Management).
Plan and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and demonstrate ROI and platform value in live evaluations.
Deliver high-impact demonstrations to engineers, architects, plant managers, CISOs, and executives.
Own and contribute to technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
Serve as a feedback loop between field and Engineering to stay ahead of trends in OT, Zero Trust and threat landscapes.
Architect and propose scalable Claroty solutions that integrate with IT/security infrastructure including SIEM, firewalls, asset management, virtualization, and cloud environments.
Represent Claroty at conferences, lead webinars and contribute to technical content.
