The role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity engineering, risk management, and NERC CIP compliance, requiring collaboration with OT, engineering, regulatory, and audit teams to strengthen security, resilience, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity engineering, OT/ICS, and critical infrastructure protection.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; documentation proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain components of physical and cybersecurity programs.
• Apply secure engineering and defense-in-depth principles to OT/ICS environments.
• Document policies, controls, and compliance evidence for NERC CIP.
• Support readiness, assessments, remediation, and continuous compliance with regulators.
• Perform risk and vulnerability assessments and propose practical mitigations.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects across multiple teams.
