Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Specialist in Milwaukee, WI. You will deliver OT system implementations, support routine OT operations, and provide technical expertise for reliability and cybersecurity in industrial automation environments.

The role involves incident management, change execution, lifecycle record maintenance, and collaboration with IT/OT teams to enable digital transformation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years industrial OT experience; 5+ years if no degree.
• Knowledge of IT/OT integration and cybersecurity for OT.
• Experience with incident/change management and lifecycle records.
• Ability to translate OT designs into software/hardware configurations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and test authorized changes to OT systems.
• Manage OT incidents and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate IT incidents affecting the OT system.
• Maintain lifecycle records of IT/OT assets.
• Support cybersecurity routing and patching for OT.
• Develop SOPs and provide technical assistance for automation environments.
