Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking an Operations Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Analyst to secure our manufacturing technologies across plants and distribution operations. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Information Security to keep OT environments secure and resilient.

The role covers monitoring OT security, risk assessments, applying controls per NIST/ISA IEC 62443, and enabling safe adoption of smart manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
• Ability to communicate with technical and operational stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• OT cybersecurity operations: monitor, assess, and respond to threats and incidents.
• Risk management & compliance: conduct risk assessments and support controls.
• Manufacturing technology security: integrate security into networks and systems.
• Continuous improvement: enable smart manufacturing and stay current on threats.
