Job summary

Hargrove Controls + Automation, LLC is seeking a skilled OT/Cybersecurity engineer to contribute to the design and deployment of OT and cybersecurity systems. The role emphasizes practical design for less complex assignments and collaboration with discipline leads to scale to larger projects.

The candidate will support field data gathering, network and virtualization considerations, and provide on-site startup assistance, while maintaining project documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years of industrial OT/controls and automation experience.
• Certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, VMware or CISSP are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a safe work environment and communicates safety commitment.
• Provides OT/Cybersecurity system specifications for engineering review.
• Supports OT/Cybersecurity design knowledge application for hardware, software and virtualization.
• Gathers field data, checks communications tie-ins, and supports field deployments.
• Provides on-site startup support and on-call coverage as required.
