Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services in Selma, AL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. You will plan, direct, and deliver OT services on-site to residents, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy, active OTA licensure, and ongoing professional development to maintain licensure; full-time or PRN options are available, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine the best intervention per scope of practice
• Perform treatment plans and follow short- and long-term goals
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and team
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules with team
• Ensure proper documentation and billing of OT services
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily
