Job summary

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan under the supervision of the Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Record treatment notes and progress notes.
• Communicate pertinent information concerning patient progress and plans.
• Participate in patient Plan of Care Meetings.
• Instruct families in maintenance programs under supervision.
