Job summary

Northside Hospital is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver therapy programs for pediatric through geriatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. You will educate patients and staff, support quality care, and work under the supervision of an occupational therapist.

The role requires an OTA credential, Georgia licensure, CPR certification, and at least two years of licensed clinical experience. Weekend work is required, with weekday hours from 7:00 to 3:30.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited OTA program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant by the Georgia State Board.
• CPR certification for all age groups.
• 2 years of licensed clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy programs and treatments as directed by the OT for inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Provide employee and patient education programs as directed.
• Demonstrate courtesy and patience when interacting with patients, families, and staff to ensure quality service.
