Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide OT programs and treatments under the supervision of an occupational therapist for inpatient and outpatient pediatric to geriatric populations.

You will educate patients and families, maintain quality customer service, and collaborate with therapists and care teams. Requires GA licensure, BLS, and preferred 2 years of OTA experience; work hours typically 8:30–5:00 with weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited OTA program.
• Current Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy licensure as an OTA.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Two years of OTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform OTA programs and treatments under the supervision of an occupational therapist for inpatient and outpatient pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations.
• Provide patient and family education and ensure quality customer service.
• Collaborate with therapists and multidisciplinary care teams to support recovery and goals.
