Flagship Therapy's Alamitos West in Los Alamitos, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed OT to provide rehabilitative services for our post-acute and geriatric patients.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate ($34-$39 for new grads, $36-$41 for 3+ years) with a supportive, team-oriented environment and opportunities for professional growth. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy Assistant license is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
