Job summary

The Lakes Home Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team, working in outpatient patient homes to help individuals improve daily living and working skills.

You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, guide therapeutic activities, educate patients and families, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient settings and home health care.
• Solid knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Familiar with medical terminology.
• Expertise in activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Strong patient care skills.
• Experience in occupational health settings.
• Experience in clinic-based care.
• Experience in acute care environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to identify needs and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve daily activities.
