Job summary

The Ensign Group is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for The Health Center at Research Park in Huntsville, AL. This full-time role supports an in-house therapy team focused on improving residents’ independence and quality of life.

You will provide supervised therapy, implement therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and collaborate with the OT to deliver compassionate care to older adults. New graduates are welcome to apply and grow within a supportive program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state OTA license/registration.
• New grads and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply.
• Passion for serving the geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help residents improve independence with daily activities.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises and treatment interventions.
• Monitor progress and communicate outcomes with the supervising OT.
• Make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults every day.
