Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Milwaukee is seeking a qualified occupational therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. You will work under the guidance of an occupational therapist and assist in treating patients according to individualized plans of care.

You will contribute to quality treatment outcomes, collaborate with therapists and staff, and operate standard therapy equipment to support patient progress within our clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
