Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements the treatment programs established by the OTR to identify, prevent, and minimize physical disabilities and/or pain, updating plans with supervision.
• Identifies and addresses psychological needs of patients and family; involves patient/family in the plan of care.
• Manages and operates equipment safely; maintains department cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborates with other departments to support patient care and performance improvement activities.
• Documents care and ensures that patient charges are accurate and entered on a timely basis.
• Participates in community education programs as needed.
