Responsibilities

Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant

Location/Work Environment: In facility

Reporting Structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You will implement occupational therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You are a healer and a helper, dedicated to restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients' physical abilities and independence.

You will adapt to patient needs, find joy in variety, collaborate with peers, and make referrals as needed to ensure comprehensive care. Putting patients first and providing compassionate service are core to this role.

Qualifications
