Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You implement occupational therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You are a healer and a helper, focused on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients' physical abilities and independence.

You are adaptable, collaborative, and patient-centered, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for patients and their families.
