Mercy Hospital Devils Lake MBO 3600 is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Devils Lake, North Dakota. The role offers a pay rate of $62–$67 per hour and includes extension potential based on performance and department needs.

Qualifications

• Evaluates and treats based on age, diagnosis, symptoms, and physician orders.
• Orients patients and families to therapy purpose and procedures.
• Provides patient education and family teaching aligned with needs.
• Coordinates treatment schedules with other disciplines.
• Monitors program effectiveness and initiates new programs.
• Performs pain assessment per SOP.
• Obtains and documents all required patient information and plans of care.
• Participates in discharge planning documentation with the inter-disciplinary team.
• Identifies changes in patient condition and reports accordingly.
• Provides clinical supervision to OTA within licensure guidelines.
• Maintains ND State Board licensure and NBCOT certification prior to start date.
• Maintains BLS certification prior to start date.
• Maintains valid driver’s license prior to start date.
