Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Shift Supervisor (Hourly) to lead day-to-day operations in our airport retail and dining environment. You will supervise team members, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold brand standards across shifts.

The role emphasizes coaching, staffing support, and maintaining safety and cleanliness while driving productivity and a positive guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising a team preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet operational goals.
• Oversee shift operations and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Support staffing needs by assigning duties, providing coaching, and assisting with training and development.
• Monitor service quality, resolve guest concerns, and create a positive customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
• Conduct opening, closing, and shift change procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management, product ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising as needed.
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures and support accurate register operations.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and operational performance to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for guests and employees.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding operational issues, staffing concerns, and business opportunities.
• Lead by example and promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest-focused service.
