John and Alice Butler College of Osteopathic Medicine seeks an Assistant/Associate Dean of Osteopathic Integration to provide strategic leadership ensuring the osteopathic identity is explicit, coherent, and consistently experienced across the curriculum and clinical learning environment. The role guides integration of Osteopathic Principles and Practice (OPP) and supports accreditation readiness.

Formación

• Doctorate degree and leadership in medical education.
• Experience directing OMM/OPP programs and curriculum integration.
• Knowledge of COCA accreditation standards and quality improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integration of osteopathic philosophy across preclinical and clinical curriculum.
• Oversee the quality and assessment of OMM/OPP instruction.
• Support accreditation readiness and compliance activities (COCA).
• Develop faculty development and collaborative teaching strategies.
