Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Architecture Consultant 2 to lead design, architecture, and transformation of OSS solutions for telecom service providers. You will engage with customers to define requirements, evaluate technologies, and drive architectural decisions across provisioning, inventory, fault management, and OSS/BSS integrations.

The role emphasizes PoC validation, deployment automation, and knowledge transfer, with relocation/travel as needed and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design, architecture, and transformation of OSS solutions for telecom providers.
• Deep expertise in telecom network operations, OSS platforms, service assurance, provisioning, inventory, fault management, and OSS/BSS integrations.
• Experience with 5G network architecture and operations.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (Infosys cannot sponsor).

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discussions to gather system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation.
• Identify suitable technologies and tools and perform market analysis to identify optimal architectural options.
• Develop integration strategies based on PoC validation of proposed solutions.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and support build/deployment automation strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases.
• Analyze system performance and identify potential risks in the landscape.
• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions.
