Tillman FiberCo is building a 100% fiber network to support next-generation broadband services. As a portfolio company of Tillman Global Holdings, we focus on developing premier digital infrastructure businesses globally. We have an exciting opportunity for an OSP Project Coordinator.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Coordinate contractor job scope work, including permits, access, and ROW agreements where applicable.
- Maintain all trackers and Site Tracker updates.
- Create folders and gather documentation to prepare and send NTP packages to contractors.
- Ensure project schedules, budgets, and details are well-organized.
- Distribute design prints and other necessary work documents.
- Coordinate all customer implementation activities, including site walk-throughs.
- Serve as the point of contact with public works, developers, customers, building owners, and utilities on joint trench projects.
- Complete project closure tasks, reconcile assets, and generate reports upon project completion.
- Assist in locating contractors for building issues.
- Collaborate with the Construction department to outline work plans and assign duties.
- Coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
- Review status reports and modify schedules or plans as needed.
- Prepare project reports for management review.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth contract and project transitions.
- Assist in proposal and quote development, including analyzing vendor quotes.
- Update and maintain accurate project information in systems and databases.
- Maintain vendor relationships to optimize service execution.
- Support the Construction team to meet milestones and project requirements, including invoicing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel, reading system maps, PDF drawings, and construction drawings.
- Experience working on project teams and managing project milestones.
- Self-motivated problem solver capable of managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, and personable.
- Construction background, preferably in telecommunications, with skills in administration, computer use, data entry, map reading, and understanding fiber optic materials and construction.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to the position.
