Job Description

Tillman FiberCo is building a 100% fiber network to support next-generation broadband services. As a portfolio company of Tillman Global Holdings, we focus on developing premier digital infrastructure businesses globally. We have an exciting opportunity for an OSP Project Coordinator.

Requirements and Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate contractor job scope work, including permits, access, and ROW agreements where applicable.
  2. Maintain all trackers and Site Tracker updates.
  3. Create folders and gather documentation to prepare and send NTP packages to contractors.
  4. Ensure project schedules, budgets, and details are well-organized.
  5. Distribute design prints and other necessary work documents.
  6. Coordinate all customer implementation activities, including site walk-throughs.
  7. Serve as the point of contact with public works, developers, customers, building owners, and utilities on joint trench projects.
  8. Complete project closure tasks, reconcile assets, and generate reports upon project completion.
  9. Assist in locating contractors for building issues.
  10. Collaborate with the Construction department to outline work plans and assign duties.
  11. Coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
  12. Review status reports and modify schedules or plans as needed.
  13. Prepare project reports for management review.
  14. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth contract and project transitions.
  15. Assist in proposal and quote development, including analyzing vendor quotes.
  16. Update and maintain accurate project information in systems and databases.
  17. Maintain vendor relationships to optimize service execution.
  18. Support the Construction team to meet milestones and project requirements, including invoicing.
  19. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Excel, reading system maps, PDF drawings, and construction drawings.
  2. Experience working on project teams and managing project milestones.
  3. Self-motivated problem solver capable of managing multiple projects.
  4. Strong communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, and personable.
  5. Construction background, preferably in telecommunications, with skills in administration, computer use, data entry, map reading, and understanding fiber optic materials and construction.
  6. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to the position.
