The OSP Engineer will support project teams with varying responsibilities while developing a baseline knowledge of the telecommunications site development process. Responsibilities include new site development of macro and small cell sites, modification of existing telecommunications facilities, fiber optic networks, and other project types. The role focuses on engineering tower and compound designs, creating fiber optic network plans, and understanding client-specific telecommunications equipment and their usage.
