Job summary

SRI Telecom is seeking an OSP Field Construction Manager in Salt Lake City to lead field project management from design through closeout. You will oversee installation quality, safety, reporting, and coordination with vendors and municipal permits.

The role requires 5+ years in OSP/FTTH, proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites, and strong problem-solving with cross-functional teams. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OSP/FTTH experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience reviewing GIS systems and FTTH records/As-built drawings.
• Strong project management skills with execution and results focus.

Responsibilities

• Install quality, site safety and daily production reporting.
• Review OSP construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with municipalities for permitting and redlines to maintain production.
• Verify permits and track status throughout the project.
• Interface with customers and public for explanations and acceptance.
• Manage SOWs, change orders and procurement to meet requirements.
• Support finance metrics development and dashboard reporting.
• Lead process improvements for deployment efficiency.
• Manage SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan).
