Job summary

SRI Telecom is seeking an OSP Field Construction Manager to lead field design validation, permitting, reporting, and project closeout for OSP projects in Lakewood, CO. The role requires hands-on construction oversight, strong communication, and collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders.

The candidate will oversee safety, quality, and daily production reporting, while coordinating with municipalities, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project

Qualifications

5+ years of OSP/FTTH experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience managing field construction projects and schedules.
Familiarity with GIS systems and FTTH records/As-builts.

Responsibilities

Oversee installation quality, site safety, and daily production reporting.
Review OSP construction drawings and specifications.
Coordinate permitting, redlines, and break-fix with municipalities.
Verify permits and track status; interface with customers and public.
Manage vendor SOWs, change orders and material procurement.
Support finance metrics and dashboard reporting.
Lead process improvements for deployment efficiency.
Manage SWPPP compliance.
