Job summary

NetPMD Design & Integration in Chicago seeks an experienced OSP Construction Supervisor to lead a major FTTH programme in Northern Illinois. You will field-manage crews, coordinate with contractors, and drive production tracking across busy routes.

This role focuses on underground construction, HDD, permitting, ROW, 811 coordination, QA/QC, and field documentation, with reporting to stakeholders and closeout of projects. Travel across Chicagoland and wider US telecom programs as needed.

We’re looking for someone with a strong, practical OSP fiber construction background to take a lead role supporting a significant FTTH construction programme in Northern Illinois.

This position will be predominantly field-based across the Chicagoland/Northern Illinois area, with wider responsibility across our US telecom infrastructure programmes as required.
