Job summary

Tower Engineering Professionals is seeking a full-time Engineering Associate for our Greenville, FL office. The role supports the engineering team with OSP/ISP design, field data collection, and construction drawings, focusing on telecommunications networks.

Minimum 2–5 years of direct telecom experience and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D and MS Office are required. Travel up to 20% and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of direct telecommunications experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D and MS Office.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for field visits/meetings.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (5 years).

Responsibilities

• Develop OSP and ISP design documentation, plans, and specifications.
• Conduct site walks and collect field notes for CAD department.
• Designate handholes, cables, and terminals in aerial, buried, and underground locations.
• Create construction drawings showing existing facilities and right-of-way details.
• Perform field meetings with developers, customers, and local agencies.
• Support the company’s core values in all duties.
