Overview
Tillman FiberCo is building a network with future-forward technologies, systems and network architecture capable of delivering 40Gbps+ to customers. Tillman FiberCo is a portfolio company of Tillman Global Holdings, focused on building premier digital infrastructure businesses globally. This position is remote with a preference for candidates in the EST time zone.
Responsibilities
- Work with PMO team to forecast construction go-live dates.
- Work with our construction vendor daily to track fieldwork, crew locations, current job, and daily construction metrics.
- Update SiteTracker milestones daily. Sitetracker is the primary construction management tool and the source of truth for tracking metrics.
- Responsible for creating Notice to Proceed and Statements of Work to vendors to issue them work.
- Track damages, issues, materials, constraints, and customer feedback from fieldwork.
- Manage all OSP Construction projects, including foundational trackers, coordinating with management, subcontractors, vendors, and clients on a regular basis.
- Coordinate fielding activities and data collection.
- Understand construction practices in accordance with NESC Guidelines.
- Manage project execution including scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and external/third parties/vendors for effective project execution.
- Manage stakeholder communications with clients, contractors, vendors, and jurisdictional authorities.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
- Data management: track milestones with accuracy and update throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze data to create accurate internal and external reporting for all stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Report and escalate issues as needed and in a timely manner.
- Track project performance to analyze completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Outside Plant Aerial and Underground construction and project management experience.
- Aerial and Underground fielding experience.
- Experience with make-ready costs and evaluation.
- Some aerial and underground permitting experience is a plus.
- Associate degree or greater or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Sitetracker or other Salesforce platforms is a plus.
- Experience forecasting large-scale projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of FTTH standards and best practices is required.
