Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer II to provide outside plant (OSP) installation support on various sized utility construction projects. The role requires operating equipment such as directional drills, mini excavators, hydro trucks, and bucket trucks with supervision, while maintaining a strong safety focus and ALL IN attitude.

The candidate should have 1+ year of utility construction experience and 6+ months with the listed equipment, plus a valid driver’s license (Class A CDL

Qualifications

• 1+ year of utility construction experience.
• 6+ months of equipment operating experience with listed equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor in all weather conditions, including hand digging, installing utilities, moving material, and inspecting ground conditions.
• Supports crew with jobsite setup, loading/unloading trucks, and site documentation.
• Operates heavy equipment (directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck, bucket truck) with guidance.
• Reads prints and construction drawings; adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Maintains safety culture through pre-task checks and training of entry-level workers.
