Job summary

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Space/Counterspace Analyst to join the Quantico, VA team. You will conduct All-Source analytic production on foreign space capabilities and support OSINT-driven assessments.

The role emphasizes structured analytic methods, data synthesis, and collaboration with engineers and scientists to understand adversary space doctrine, platforms, and launch capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of analysis experience in relevant labor category.
• Knowledge of IC and DoD classification guidelines.
• Ability to work semi-independently with oversight.
• Ability to defend analytic judgments with logical conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT activities and analyze online information with minimal supervision.
• Populate and maintain databases in support of Data Analysts and Data Scientists.
• Document open-source data structures and create data reports.
• Train Marines in OSINT tradecraft and best practices.
• Develop open-source research strategies to support information gaps.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists on foreign space capabilities.
