General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst – Subject Matter Expert with a Top Secret/SCI clearance and 8+ years in intelligence. You will conduct advanced PED, targeting, and reporting using public data sources for special operations and HUMINT lead development.

Responsibilities include fusing open-source information for multi-intelligence assessments and briefing at senior levels. The role requires US citizenship and on-site work at Fort Belvoir, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required (BA/BS).
• 8+ years of related experience in intelligence.
• Total experience as an intelligence analyst within DoD/IC: 8+ years.
• Minimum 3 years in OSINT/PAI exploitation supporting special operations, intelligence ops, targeting, and HUMINT lead development.
• 2+ years with digital signature reduction.
• Advanced proficiency with all-source intelligence tools/databases and OSINT tools.
• Excellent written communications; strong verbal briefing skills (O5/GS-14+).

OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst – Subject Matter Expert

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

OSINT Analysts are responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. OSINT Analysts shall interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates. OSINT Analysts shall fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

The Intelligence Analyst Principal must have:

- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
- Experience: 8+ years of related experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
- Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience).
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.
- Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
- Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).
- Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
- Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.

The likely salary range for this position is $120,700 - $163,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
