Job summary

LIS Solutions is seeking an individual to support ICE ERO’s Targeting Operations Division. This role involves developing leads from various data sources to locate individuals violating U.S. laws. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in intelligence analysis, proficiency in commercial data platforms, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong analytical writing skills are essential, and knowledge of OSINT techniques is preferred. This is an on-site position located in Williston, Vermont.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in intelligence, investigative analysis, or law-enforcement support.
• Demonstrated proficiency with commercial data platforms.
• Working knowledge of handling PII/SBU/SSI and secure data practices.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals, validate requirements, and prioritize per daily tasking.
• Conduct open-source/social media research.
• Build person/entity dossiers, confirm identifiers and locations.
