Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated SME Open-Source Intel Analyst to join our Sterling, VA team in a hybrid role (2 days onsite per week). The candidate will deliver all-source intelligence analyses on homeland security topics, produce finished products, and identify intelligence gaps for senior government customers.

Responsibilities include OSINT analysis, collaboration with collection managers, and applying IC standards to develop assessments for state, local, and private sector customers.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in All-Source Intel Analyst field with IC tools (Analyst Notebook/i2, WISE, Palantir).
• Experience briefing content to diverse audiences with differing perspectives.
• Experience with OSINT research, social media analysis, and collection management.

Responsibilities

• Provides all-source intelligence analysis on homeland security topics including border security, counterterrorism, and critical infrastructure protection.
• Prepare finished analytic products, assessments, briefings, and other outputs from classified/unclassified data.
• Identify intelligence gaps and coordinate strategies with collection managers to meet requirements.
