Guidehouse is seeking an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) analyst to support a complex Department of State project. The candidate will help develop OSINT capabilities, assist with tool selection, and perform narrative open-source intelligence across multiple data sources to deliver actionable insights.

Required qualifications include an active Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and four years of OSINT experience, with proficiency in OSINT tool selection and analytic writing.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• FOUR (4) years of relevant OSINT experience in data collection and analysis techniques.
• Proficient in OSINT tool selection and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment and selection of OSINT technology for identifying and analyzing adversarial narratives.
• Manage tool enablement for clients, including hands-on support and vendor coordination.
• Conduct open-source and proprietary research across social media, deep/dark web, and other sources.
• Perform link analysis and develop network diagrams to illustrate relationships between individuals, organizations, and other entities.
