Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Training and Compliance Instructor for First Aid and Safety in Columbus, OH. You will facilitate OSHA, First Aid, and CPR training, schedule sessions, and upsell safety products while partnering with the service team to guarantee customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Prior training experience is a plus as you help customers stay compliant and prepared.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with safety products and OSHA requirements.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training courses and instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics.
• Sell and schedule training sessions; upsell safety and first aid products to training customers.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.
