Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Instructor - First Aid and Safety to lead OSHA, First Aid, CPR and safety training for customers and employees. You will sell and schedule trainings, upsell safety products, and work with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.

This is a full-time role based in Charleston, WV, requiring a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with safety products and requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training courses and instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics.
• Sell and schedule trainings; upsell safety and first aid products to training customers.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.

Skills
