Job summary

Eliason Corporation is seeking a Site Services Installation Safety Coordinator to implement and enforce the safety program on site in Phoenix, coordinating with the EHS Manager, Site Supervisor, and GC. The role focuses on hazard mitigation, safety inspections, and adherence to OSHA standards.

The ideal candidate will have OSHA 30 Hour Construction certification and 2–5 years of construction safety experience, with strong communication skills to enforce safety across trades and subcontractors on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA 30 Hour Construction certification required.
• Two to five years of construction safety experience, preferably with subcontractors.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and construction-related tracking/reporting software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to enforce safety requirements in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections of work areas, equipment, and operations.
• Identify, correct, and document hazards related to fall protection, elevated work, material handling, rigging, scissor lifts, and other equipment.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies; coordinate with GC safety team and EHS Manager.
• Assist with incident investigations, Job Hazard Analyses, and safety orientations.
• Support emergency response procedures and toolbox talks.
