Job summary

MCR Services, Inc. seeks skilled construction personnel to execute layout planning and material installation on diverse projects along the East Coast.

You will interpret blueprints, select materials, and organize work sequences to ensure accurate construction and timely completion on-site. Responsibilities include handling wood, plastic, fiberglass and drywall, cutting to measurements, joining components, and maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications

• Physical endurance and ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
• Willingness to work cooperatively with others.
• Experience with tools and knowledge of hand/power tools.
• Understand safe conduct on client sites.
• Must pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to prepare layouts and plan work sequences.
• Work with wood, plastic, fiberglass, and drywall.
• Cut materials to measurements using tools.
• Use chisels, planes, saws, drills, sanders, levels, and squares.
• Join materials with nails, screws, bolts, adhesives.
• Install doors, hardware, partitions, windows, and stairs layouts.
• Ensure work is level, square, plumb and up to code.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work site.
• May perform other related duties.
