PeerSource is currently recruiting for an OFSAA Developer on a Contract basis. This role is based out of Tampa, FL however for the right candidate, the role may be worked remotely.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced OFSAA Developer to support regulatory reporting implementations, metadata design, and data integration within the OFSAA platform. This role involves extracting and loading data from source systems, developing technical and business metadata, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from source systems into the OFSAA platform.
  • Design and develop OFSAA technical and business metadata, including T2T, DT, DQ, RRF, PMF, and GL Reconciliation.
  • Implement regulatory reporting applications such as FSDF, CECL, and CCAR.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the OFSAA data model.
  • Provide expertise on OFSAA architecture, data structures, and reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to align technical solutions with regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize data processing workflows within OFSAA.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as an OFSAA Developer, working with financial and regulatory reporting applications.
  • Expertise in OFSAA architecture, data model, and reconciliation processes.
  • Hands-on experience developing T2T, DT, DQ, RRF, PMF, and GL Recon components.
  • Strong knowledge of FSDF, CECL, and CCAR implementations.
  • Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve data-related issues in a regulatory reporting environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field preferred.
