Job summary

TestPros seeks a Security Controls Assessor with OSCAL expertise for part-time remote work. You will perform independent security control assessments using NIST guidelines (800-53, 800-171) and support OSCAL-based automation across U.S.

Government and commercial environments. Eligible candidates have at least two years of OSCAL experience, 5+ years in security controls assessment, experience with RegScale/Paramify, and the ability to produce clear technical reports.

Qualifications

• OSCAL experience (at least two years).
• 5+ years of hands-on security controls assessment and development of SAP/SAR/POA&M.
• Experience with RegScale, Paramify, or similar tools.
• Experience with government, public sector, or municipal IT environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to write clear, professional, and actionable technical reports.
• Full U.S. Citizenship, and ability to pass an extensive background check.
