FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking an OS&D Support role to investigate over/short and damaged shipments, educate service centers on OS&D fundamentals, and assist in updating OS&D policies.
This position entails handling disposition requests, ensuring accurate charge applications, and supporting claims reduction while maintaining strong communication with internal and external customers. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of clerical/operational experience,
Starting Rate of Pay: $ 19.43 per hour
Assist and support internal and external customers by investigating Over/Short & Damaged (OS&D) exceptions and incidents. Educate centers on proper freight handling and OS&D fundamentals. Support creation and updates of OS&D policies for the company.
