Job description

The ideal candidate will possess 4 years of substantial support experience.

Knowledge of Windows 10 is preferred and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Server is required.

Knowledge of Connectwise is preferred.

Responsibilities
  1. Install, troubleshoot, research and correct desktop application and hardware issues.
  2. Provide Tier I – II desktop and application support, including new user setup, support for Line of Business applications, and create, maintain and update technical documentation following standard formats.
  3. Conduct analysis and troubleshooting via telephone, email and remote control for clients in a timely fashion.
  4. Work within a ticketing system to track and escalate client issues.
  5. Must be able to install and configure PCs, printers and other equipment.

Must possess the ability to interact with all levels of users in a demanding, fast-paced environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position will report to the Director of IT and salary is commensurate with experience.
