Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Fingerprinting clearance (background check).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individualized and small-group structured literacy instruction.
• Apply Orton-Gillingham methodology and multisensory instructional strategies.
• Develop and adapt lessons based on student needs and progress.
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress with records.
• Implement IEP goals, accommodations, and instructional recommendations.
• Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and administrators.
• Communicate with parents and participate in IEP meetings and staff meetings.
• Maintain a positive, structured learning environment.
• Support The Newgrange School's mission and educational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or Administration.
