Responsibilities

• Tutor small groups or individuals (grades 3–10).
• Weekly tutoring with feedback from Tutorial Coordinator and Director of Tutorial.
• Collaborate with lead teachers to identify key skills to practice.
• Support curriculum development and implementation.
• Adapt tutorial materials to age group and skill level with Tutorial Coordinator.
• Engage in professional development to improve curriculum adjustments.
• Help students achieve high levels of academic growth.
• Grade and analyze weekly student work to adjust curricula.
• Encourage Habits of Scholarship within Codman community.
