Job summary

Orthotics LTD is seeking a compassionate Orthotics Fitter to manage both hands-on patient care and front-office coordination.

You will evaluate patients for orthotic devices, take measurements, fit devices, educate on use, and handle intake, scheduling, insurance verifications, and documentation with HIPAA compliance.

This on-site role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and comfort with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as Orthotics Fitter, Medical Assistant, or similar role preferred.
• Certification: ABC/BOC Orthotic Fitter (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of orthotic devices and patient care practices.
• Experience with medical scheduling or intake.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Comfortable working with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Orthotics fitting & patient care: evaluate patients, take measurements, fit devices, educate on use.
• Intake coordination & front office support: greet patients, gather demographics, verify insurance, schedule appointments, document records, HIPAA compliance.
