Jackson Physician Search is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedist with a Total Joints focus for a private practice in Tucson, AZ. The facility features state-of-the-art surgical suites and robust outpatient services with onsite PT, imaging, and patient education resources.

This role offers a 3 days in clinic and 2 days in the OR, with a competitive base salary plus wRVU and a potential 2-year partnership track. A dedicated medical assistant and APP support are provided, along with comprehensive benefits,

Located in the heart of Tucson, Arizona sits this 30+ surgeon, multi-specialty orthopedics practice seeking a BE/BC Orthopedist with a Total Joints focus. Collaborate in this private practice within state of the art surgical facilities with up to 44,000 square feet of space, research centers, and outpatient clinics with onsite support including Physical Therapy, imaging, and patient education resources.

Build a practice to your preference via this flourishing, culture first organization. Mentorship onsite for 2026 and 2027 fellows.
