A thriving private practice orthopedic group and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) is seeking a skilled Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to join their busy and growing practice. Position Highlights:

• Competitive Guaranteed Salary: $500,000 - $650,000 for the first year

• Lucrative Bonus Structure: Year 1, receive 50% of collections after $1 million in production, paid quarterly

• High Earning Potential: Fee for service model after year 1 uncapped earnings with current surgeon salary >$1 million annually
