Northern New York - Orthopedic Surgery

Employed practice is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join their growing team.

Position Details:

1. Salary range: $550,000 - $630,000, dependent on experience and specialty.
2. Preference for candidates with expertise in sports, hand, or upper extremity surgery.
3. Join a team of 4 Orthopedic Surgeons and 5 Physician Assistants.
4. Workload distribution: 50% clinical specialty, 25% general orthopedic, 25% trauma.
5. Coverage for the main hospital and its partner hospital.
6. Call schedule: 1:5 at the main hospital.
7. Surgeons will have dedicated block time per week, with opportunities to expand OR time as patient volume grows.
8. Level III trauma center.
9. Open to both experienced surgeons and new graduates.
10. Full benefits package, including $10,000 relocation assistance, $60,000 loan repayment over 3 years, malpractice insurance, PTO, and more.
