Logan Health in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Orthopedics & Sports Medicine clinic. This role supports patient care, clinic flow, and daily operations in a fast-paced specialty setting, with a day shift schedule.

The ideal candidate holds an RMA or CMA certification, BLS, and about one year of medical office experience; strong organization, communication, and teamwork are essential to ensure accurate vitals, exam prep, and smooth coordination of referrals and tests.

Qualificações

• RMA or CMA certification from an accredited organization.
• BSL/CPR certification within 7 days of hire.
• 1 year of experience in a medical practice preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to use EMR systems and coordinate patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, room, and prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Assist providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Collect laboratory specimens and document in EMR.
• Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, prior authorizations, scheduling, and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies; handle patient calls and portal messages.
